You decide and compare completely independently.

For this you need:

  • Passport (if not your main residence in Italy)
  • Italian tax number (Codice Fiscale, easy to get here)
  • Seat of residence (confirmation of residence from previous residence)
  • Self-declaration for professional activity, tax return for the past 2 years, existing credit situation
  • From your bank the letter of good standing for the past 6 months
  • Evidence of liquid funds in accounts, deposits or other evidence of investments
  • Pre-contract or reservation of the property, its land register extract, planimetry of the property
  • For renovations, planning of the geometer or architects, cost estimates, proof of who is in charge of the construction

If the above documents can be provided, the mortgage commitments are done positively or negatively within a week.
